We will jointly identify pressing issues, available skills and resources, the factors inhibiting progress, and develop and implement concrete action plans. Nonprofit Executive Directors can take advantage of a complimentary consultation to discuss issues of concern and to explore possible directions for solutions. Coaching is provided by telephone at times that fit your schedule, and provides an entirely confidential opportunity to explore options and solutions.
