"Coaching is having a dedicated mentor; its getting knowledgeable support and encouragement and a new way of looking at things when you need it." Executive Female
Combining skills and experience in executive coaching with nonprofit experience as a manager and consultant, I can help Executive Directors to become more effective leaders and managers. We will jointly identify pressing issues, available skills and resources, the factors inhibiting progress, and develop and implement concrete action plans.
Nonprofit Executive Directors can take advantage of a complimentary consultation to discuss issues of concern and to explore possible directions for solutions. Coaching is provided by telephone at times that fit your schedule, and provides an entirely confidential opportunity to explore options and solutions.
"At the heart of a learning organization is a shift in mind-from seeing ourselves as separate from the world to connected to the world, from seeing problems as caused by someone or something "out there" to seeing how our own actions create the problems we experience. A learning organization is a place where people are continually discovering how they create their reality. And how they can change it."
